Services and Permits
The Fire Prevention Division is supervised by Fire Marshal Travis Homyak. The Fire Prevention Division is responsible for Fire Code Inspections, issuing permits as well as Public Fire Safety Prevention talks and tours. For Plan Reviews and Permit Requests please click on below links. Please note that all new construction and remodels will need to follow the 2012 International Fire Code. Plan Review fees, permits and inspection fees are due at time of picking up permit and approved drawings. For questions please call 303-776-2950 or email travis.homyak@hygienefire.org. Plans and applications will be accepted by electronics means only. No paper copies.
